​WILLIAM X. BAI

William X. Bai holds an LL.B. from Renmin University of China and completed his Legal Assistant Diploma at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). He is currently pursuing an LL.B. through the University of London, systematically studying the common law framework and further expanding his understanding of Anglo-American legal systems.

Before transitioning into the legal field, William was deeply involved in China’s rapidly developing IT industry. With nearly twenty years of cross-functional experience in technology and management, his career spans roles from software engineer to senior solutions architect, and later to product management and division-level leadership. Throughout this journey, he has developed strong capabilities in strategic execution, process optimization, systems thinking, and organizational development.

In May 2025, William joined Jade Sunrise Law, where he leads key operational and strategic initiatives, including:

• Internal operations and administrative management

• Compliance and risk management

• Information technology and cybersecurity

• Marketing, branding, and external communications

Leveraging his combined legal education and technical leadership background, William plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s digital transformation, enhancing workflow efficiency, strengthening operational governance, and supporting bilingual service delivery.
