Ling Ma is an experienced commercial, civil and cross-border dispute resolution expert. She previously worked at MLT Aikins and is currently the head of the litigation practice at Benesh & Biz in Saskatoon, where she has been active in a wide range of major and complex litigation for more than a decade.
Ma Ling, admitted to the Alberta (2025) and Saskatchewan (2015) Bars, and licensed in China (2000), holds a Bachelor of Law from Jilin University (1999) and a Doctor of Law from the University of Saskatchewan (2015). Specializing in cross-border commercial and civil litigation, she led litigation at Benesh & Biz in Saskatoon, excelling in equity, financial, and contract disputes. Active in the community, she enjoys travel, tennis, and hiking. Her addition strengthens Jade Sunrise Law’s cross-border legal services.
