Yang graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2015. Yang practiced as a civil litigator in Alberta as well as a corporate in-house counsel in Ontario. She is a current member of the Alberta bar, as well a notary public for both the Provinces of Alberta and Ontario.

For the past few years, Yang has assisted her clients in receiving conclusive and hassle-free resolution of their legal issues. Being fluent in Mandarin and proficient in written Chinese, Yang is capable of serving her clients in both English and Chinese.  

​

Yang’s has a broad litigation practice, which includes general civil litigation, family, administrative and regulatory, as well as employment disputes. She has appeared before the Alberta Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. 

​

To complement her litigation practice, Yang is also experienced in corporate and business law, franchise law, as well as wills and estate planning. 

 

Yang is also a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and the Canadian Bar Association. 

When she is not on the job, Yang enjoys playing squash, hiking and indulging in her love for traveling.
